About PFOC
PFOC was created with a clear vision: to build a modern, connected, and commercially aware business support platform for Pakistan and beyond. For years, we saw the same issue repeated across different markets — businesses had ambition, but they did not always have the right support around them.
For overseas Pakistanis and international clients, the challenge was often even greater. They needed trusted support on the ground in Pakistan, but with a standard of professionalism and commercial thinking that matched international expectations.

Aurangzaib Chawla
Founder & CEO, PFOC
A British Pakistani entrepreneur, Chartered Accountant, and cross-border tax and business advisor with nearly two decades of experience advising businesses, investors, and growing groups across multiple markets.
Having spent his life in the UK while building strong commercial links internationally, Aurangzaib brings a distinctive perspective to PFOC. He has advised businesses and families with interests across the UK, UAE, Europe, Pakistan, and the wider region.
His work has always gone beyond traditional accounting — combining financial insight with commercial thinking, helping clients look at the bigger picture. Through his wider group, he has built platforms across advisory, outsourcing, digital marketing, UAE business support, and investment-related services.
